磯崎漁協が昭和57年2月に建立した。かつては磯崎神社の汐まつりのなかで、魚霊の供養を行っていたが、昭和57年に供養の塔を建立してから、毎年2月にお寺さんを呼んでお経をあげてもらい、お参りするという。
